Operations Code of Conduct Empty

It's time to start running Operations!

If you would like to join the operations team, you must:

1. Have a good attitude!! Some runs in Operations can be sketchy =)

2. Be level 50

3. Have appropriate gear (Story Mode) -- this means at minimum all slots recruit level PVP or better for those of you in pvp gear or Columi/Moddable gear with level 50 mods or better for those of you in PVE gear. If you have a question about your gear, please see Deadmarsh or Jahi in game.

4.You must know your class -- you must know your rotations, cool downs, whether or not you have interrupts (and how to use them) etc. During a raid is not the right time to realize you don't know how to interrupt the big baddie so he doesn't kill us all.

4. Be on Time! 1 PM start time means the first pull is at 1 PM. You need to be online, ready, at the zone prior to 1:00. If you're logging in at 1 you're raiding wrong.

5. Be there! if you sign up and realize you can't go, please let an officer know asap! We know emergencies/RL happens =) But as soon as you know, let us know!

5. Be in a PVE spec. If you're not sure, ask. Again, though, prior to raid start.

6. Have all of your raid consumables and be repaired. Raid consumables are stims, medpacks (yes, you MUST have these, even healers), any adrenals you think you may need for boss fights. --- if you need stims especially the ones that don't fall off when you die, see Deadmarsh in game. He will sell you stims for the cost of the mats to make them.

7. MUMBLE -- every raider must be able to listen on mumble. Every HEALER and TANK and OFF TANK, must have a mic and be able to talk on Mumble. You want to test this out before the raid. Again, raid time is not the time to realize you have a broken mic.
